Dr Costas Fantis,

CEO Encode Health

I have known Dr Fitzpatrick for the past four years on a professional level in medicine and aesthetics. I am a nurse and Dr Fitzpatrick has helped me to prescribe and educate my patients about aesthetics, medicine and their well-being.
Dr Fitzpatrick always displayed himself with high integrity and good morals (both work and personal). Whilst working with Dr Fitzpatrick I have continuously witnessed him recognising, acknowledging and working with the latest medicine practice. Dr Fitzpatrick is an extremely competent physician. Being also ambitious as he is, his work has always been seen to be well organised and detailed-orientated. I’ve witnessed him juggling many tasks at once, however every task he completes, he completes to a high standard in a good time frame in an effortless manner. He is definitely a team player and a leader,  and someone’s team I want to be a part of and proud to be part of.
Personally, Dr Fitzpatrick himself is a charismatic gentleman. When he is in front of you as an individual, he always shows time for you. He has always given myself and my patients sense of calmness and warmth when he interacts. Dr Fitzpatrick speaks with passion and listens with respect and is generally gives you a feeling of care. He is someone you can listen to with comfort, and someone’s company to begin to love and look forward to. Within minutes of talking, you can really get a sense of who he is, and that person is a beautiful person. I am yet to meet someone that does not agree with that statement.
Personally, I recommend Dr Fitzpatrick to any role he seeks to peruse.  He is a pleasure to work with and any organisation or person will be lucky to be with him. I wish him luck.
