Kinesomasis
Kinesomasis helps to release deep-rooted patterns and clear long-standing blockages and, in doing so, can support powerful healing and transformation.
The word ‘kinesomasis’ means the movement of life-force (also known as chi or prana) through the body. As a therapy, it refers to a deeply powerful healing system based on a synthesis of body work techniques – including osteopathy, shiatsu, anma, and deep tissue massage – with the natural movement of life-force energy in the body.
Human beings exist as a number of different levels of life-force energy, each one representing a different facet of ourselves, including our physical bodies, our thoughts and our emotions. These energies exist in a constant dynamic interaction in an attempt to maintain a balanced state. Imbalance is at the root of all dis-ease and dis-order.
How it works
Kinesomasis is a non-invasive practice, performed fully clothed, that focuses on harmonising the energies of the physical, thought and emotional bodies. The process is an evolutionary one which begins with passive reception whilst lying on the floor and develops into active participation whilst standing and eventually moving. Throughout the session, there is a constant active dynamic exchange of energy between the recipient and the practitioner.
Kinesomasis is also helpful in people looking to create a clearer direction in life, or those coming back to a deeper sense of self and purpose.

Add ons:
You can also add on cupping or ear candling as part of the Kinesomasis treatment.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient method of alleviating local congestion and stagnation of blood flow.
A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin by means and heat of suction. This draws up the underlying tissues. Traditional practice and experiences recognises the ability of cupping to move vital energy and correct internal imbalances, as well as to clear the effects of external injury and climatic influences such as wind and cold.
Ear candling
Also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy, this is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. These ear candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes.
Ear candling can benefit most everyone, from infants to adults. The candle creates a mild suction, which lets the vapours gently massage the eardrum and auditory canal.
